Refund policy

Unfortunately, with the rise of "test" scam orders and the financial impact it is having on small businesses, we can no longer issue refunds on website orders.  At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. This includes custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon pickup and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
